These workshops are very interactive and engaging covering a wide range of topics associated with mental health issues.
We will explore practical things you can to do support your own mental health and wellbeing during these challenging times.
This workshop is suitable for everybody who would like to feel calmer, more relaxed, more focused, and more present.
You will be provided with meaningful tools to manage stress, prevent burnout and improve your overall mental wellbeing.
